DoT is in the process of
developing software for License Finance functions of various licenses issued. Modules
of software are available for operation and checking by DoT and CCA offices. Modules
of software enable entry of AGR data and payment collection by CCA office. The AGR
and payment received w.e.f. 1.3.2009 are to be entered and payments received w.e.f.
1.3.09 in the module.
Since the software is still in the development and testing stage, sending of hardcopies and reports to Headquarters and other mechanisms will continue to be followed.
